JK is a Northern Gold Coast mechanic with three decades on the tools, an Arctick certification competitors don't have, and a loyal local customer base. The original website was a default GoDaddy template — broken navigation, stretched hero image, and "Sign In / Create Account" links confusing first-time visitors.

Yes. $990 covers the entire Standard Refresh — design, build, copy, launch, two weeks of post-launch support, GST included. No setup fee, no mandatory subscription. After launch, hosting can be taken with us at $99/month (Standard Care) or arranged elsewhere — we'll happily hand over the files.

Strict scope and AI-accelerated production. We don't do discovery workshops, strategy decks or twelve-week timelines. AI tools draft copy, generate layouts and structure SEO; a human creative director shapes every site before it ships. The savings are real — they come from a refined system, not from cutting corners on the result.

No. We work from a curated design system — eight palettes, four type pairings, several layout structures — but every refresh is shaped by your business, your photography, your reviews, your tone. Two clients in the same suburb in the same trade will receive visibly different websites.

For the first two weeks, anything that needs adjusting is included. After that, you can take Standard Care at $99/month (which includes 30 minutes of edits and ongoing hosting) or pay an hourly rate for ad-hoc changes. Most clients take Standard Care because it's the simplest way to keep things looked after.

Yes. Once paid and live, the website is yours — code, copy, design, images. If you ever leave Standard Care, we hand over the full site files and help you migrate to another host. No proprietary platform, no lock-in.

You see the concept on Day 4, before we commit to the build. If you're genuinely not happy at concept stage, we issue a full refund. Once you approve the concept and we move to build, the work belongs to you and is non-refundable. This protects both sides and removes the awkwardness of a dispute later.
